The HEMA filler is characterized by 2 important phases: the suction phase and the filling phase. These 2 phases follow each other continuously to ensure fast and accurate filling.

The ZALKIN capping machine is designed to fold aluminum screw-on caps, deformable or not, (for carbonated beverages or not) and to screw on aluminum or plastic screw-on caps or to apply snap-on or float caps.
The system is suitable for processing glass, plastic or metal bottles of all shapes.

Output varies according to product, format and filling capacity.
