PROCESS APPLICATION

The TECHMI filler is designed to automatically dose product into containers using a 10-piston filling system.

Empty containers are transported into the filling area by the integrated conveyor and positioned underneath the filling nozzles. The piston dosing system then dispenses a controlled quantity of product into multiple containers simultaneously before they are released towards the next stage of the packaging line.

Piston filling technology is particularly suitable for applications requiring controlled volumetric dosing, including products with a higher viscosity or consistency than those typically handled by conventional gravity filling systems.
