Used Verderer VA25S-A01AS2SSSSPTPT Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) pumps with stainless steel configurations., serial number: A0008858; year of manufacture: 2012.
Very good condition
The specific arrangement code you provided (VA25S-A01AS2SSSSPTPT) designates a heavy-duty metallic pump constructed with a Stainless Steel fluid section, Stainless Steel seats, and PTFE (Teflon) balls and diaphragms, and defines a heavy-duty, highly corrosion-resistant configuration of the Verderair VA 25 Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) pump. This specific model is typically engineered to handle aggressive chemicals, strong acids, solvents, and high-temperature fluids
The operating limits and physical profile for the Verderair VA 25 SS SS TF TF include the following parameters:
Connection Size (Liquid):1" BSP or NPT (Threaded)
Connection Size (Air): 1/2" NPT
Maximum Flow Rate: 189 liters per minute (50 GPM)
Maximum Discharge Pressure: 8.6 bar (125 PSI)
Maximum Fluid Temperature: 104°C (220°F) Limited by the PTFE components
Maximum Suction Lift (Dry): 3.0 to 4.9 meters
Maximum Suction Lift (Wet): 6.0 to 8.8 meters
Maximum Particle Size: 3.2 mm (Solids handling capacity)
Codpfx Absz Abcpowjri
Pump Weight: approx. 16.5 to 18.8 kg (heavy due to full-metal construction)
Certifications: ATEX certified (safe for explosive atmospheres)
Dimensions: L 470 mm x W 250 mm x H 360 mm
SS (Fluid Section): 316 Stainless Steel housing and manifolds. Provides high chemical resistance and mechanical durability;
SS (Air Section / Check Valve Seats): Depending on the generation, this represents a heavy-duty Stainless Steel center air section or Stainless Steel valve seats. It avoids the corrosion or cracking risks associated with aluminum or plastic components in harsh environmental conditions;
TF (Check Valve Balls): PTFE (Teflon) check balls. Ensures a tight seal and broad chemical compatibility during cycling;
TF (Diaphragms): PTFE (Teflon) diaphragms (typically backed by an EPDM layer for flexibility). PTFE offers the highest level of universal resistance to corrosive fluids;
