Capping Machine

Bertolaso VB 40 V 220 / 50

Used capping machine BERTOLASO Aluminium screw up to 1200 bph

The Bertolaso aluminium capper clearly meets the needs of bottling with aluminum caps. Moreover, technicians overhauled this model in 2008 and adapted it for Stelvin capping, thereby ensuring reliability and versatility.

Technical specifications

The machine effectively uses one capping head to operate with aluminum screw caps. Furthermore, the system performs a clockwise rotational movement to ensure a uniform and precise capping process. Consequently, it processes 1200 bottles per hour, making it an ideal solution for small and medium productions.

The compact dimensions of the machine, measuring 1200 mm in length, 900 mm in width, and 1200 mm in height, therefore enable easy integration into existing production lines. Additionally, its weight of 0 kg provides a stable and durable structure suitable for intensive use.

Safety and maintenance

Integrated safety features undoubtedly protect operators during use. Thus, these systems keep the machine compliant with modern industrial safety standards. Besides, the modular design and availability of original Bertolaso components simplify regular maintenance.

Efficiency and adaptability
